Advancing Safety Excellence through Employee‑Driven Engagement

HCIB strengthened its safety culture in FY2026 through the SHE Awareness Week and Family Day 2025 celebration, held on 25 October 2025. The event was officiated by representatives from DOSH Perak, IPD Kampar, and HCMT’s senior leadership, reflecting HCIB’s close collaboration with key enforcement agencies.

Employees and their families explored interactive booths by DOSH, BOMBA, SOCSO, the Health Department, DOE, AADK, PDRM, and MACC, gaining practical insights into workplace safety, health awareness, and environmental responsibility. The programme also featured a prize‑giving ceremony for SHE Week competitions, along with family‑friendly games and a petting zoo that added to the festive atmosphere.

The strong turnout highlighted HCIB’s commitment to nurturing an informed, engaged, and safety‑conscious workforce—one that supports the Group’s ongoing journey toward safety excellence.
