де стоїть моя залізна помічниця — мультиварка.


Сусідки тільки ойкають: «Ой, знову
ти з нею возишся. У нас же є газова плита,
духовка…» А я тільки всміхаюся.
Тим часом як вони миють деко і
стежать, щоб суп не втік, я можу спокійно встигнути і борщу наваристого зварганити, і плову
розсипчастого, і чізкейка ніжнішого за хмарку.


Моя хитрість проста: як тільки прокинуся склала в чашу овочі з м'ясом, натиснула кнопку «Гасіння» — і до обіду можна байдикувати з
горнятком кави, розкладати крупи по банкам чи поливати герань.
Увечері чоловік, ледь вчувши запах, прямує на кухню:
«Що це за магія знову?»

А я подаю на стіл соковиті тюфтельки в
соусі. Мультиварка подає останній сигнал,
пара йде — і в цьому є вся магія затишку.
Ніхто не не здогадується, що тут
немає жодної пригорілої скоринки, а
час йде лише на красиву подачу.


Вправна господиня — зовсім не та, хто
цілі дні біля плити. Це та, хто смачно нагодувала всю родину і помила після себе одну крихітну чашу.
І я це обожнюю.

May I simply just say what a relief to discover somebody who genuinely knows what they are discussing on the internet. You definitely understand how to bring a problem to light and make it important. More and more people need to look at this and understand this side of your story. It's surprising you are not more popular given that you surely possess the gift.
