On September 22, 2023, Hume Cement made a contribution to SJK(C) Pei Yuan in Kampar, Perak. We donated a total of 400 green cement bags to support the school's mission. The purpose of this donation was clear – to refurbish the school's 25m x 13m basketball court, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for the students' sports activities.
Located just 20 kilometres away from our Cement Plant, SJK(C) Pei Yuan is a part of our community, and we believe in giving back. We understand that our cement products are not just about generating profits; they are also a means to share our profits with the local community. This act aligns with our commitment to sustainable and responsible growth, knowing that when we grow together, our progress is more meaningful.
